Current mood: okay
Current music:Music from the Delightful Girl Choon Hyang OST (rewatched it this week!)

My last entry was kinda haphazard, I wrote about whatever came to mind.

So I forgot to mention these important notes:
-I almost didn't get let into a movie last week. Poggy and some other people went to see the Underworld movie that's out. I had my university ID with me, but the chick at the register wouldn't accept it as ID because it didn't have my birthdate on it. Poggy ended up having to be my guardian (which is crazy ironic because just earlier that week she'd complained about being mistaken for a high school freshman)! I've never had a problem going to R rated movies, this was the first time. Honestly, it was a terrible movie- so bad it almost would've been a stroke of luck to have been forced to miss it.
-Well, actually, that's about it, really. Gosh, the more I think about it, the less interesting my life seems to be. Blah.

Well anyway, today Snake-girl and her boyfriend swung by so we (me, Poggy, Hollywood and Mags) went with 'em to see The Uninvited. Not a great movie, honestly. But it was fun trying not to jump while everyone else was freaking out and it was actually occasionally interesting with all the mind-bending. The audience was a little rowdy, which made the movie-watching experience less intense (and probably helped make it less scary), and I made a point to laugh at things when I could (that guy's back though... *shudders* THAT creeped me out). The rooms in the movie were a little uncomfortable to look at. Eh, whatcha gonna do.

Oh yeah, so anyways, on the way back to the dorms from the parking lot, I nearly got hit by a bus. *laughs* So it goes. I should never try to tease Poggy, there's always some kind of karma involved. But hey, to be fair, I experience close run-ins with UNCG buses every spring, it would seem (last spring was the one with the Soulmate moment). So if you believe in patterns, it was inevitable. Let's just not have it happen again, mm?

Then, as we were heading towards the C-Store, there were two people standing by the fountain. The guy was on one knee, and Poggy and Mags were convinced that he was proposing. I was skeptical until they started hugging, and the girl looked really excited. Both girls I was with were all happy and enthusiastic about how romantic it was, what a perfect end it gave to the evening. And honestly, I can't say I was all that moved. I basically 'hmph'ed about the whole matter and dismissed it as tacky and underwhelming. Poggy, in response to this, said something about how maybe that's why I'm not dating anyone. *sweatdrop* Touche, girly.

I met up with Deans today and so was late to meet up with Snake-girl, survived Chinese Corner (yet again, but just barely), didn't deal with the awkwardness, made some mistakes in Japanese, and stayed up far later than I should have. But I also finished my Korean homework. And I had a good day. That, just those two accomplishments, are enough for me right now. With only that, I can deal.

But tomorrow, I'm gonna do EVEN better. *determined*

Later, all *waves*
